THE PERFECT DAY

(Divine justice will provide on the perfect day to rearrange the chaos generated by the arrogance, indifference and hypocrisy of our earthly passage).

I looked for a meaning
in this disjoint space
among billions of lives
that turn on and off
in the rush, frantic, to infinite time.

We are not immortal.

It will be a perfect day
when we see the bullies from the earth
fall one by one
and without invoking titans or mighty gods
in unison we will raise that song
of a people who acclaim their dignity
to strengthen the broken time
and lost in chasing chimeras.

We are still human.

It will be a perfect day
when we no longer live in middle lands
and that time machine so much coveted
to search for our identity
or find distant planets of life
won’t be needed by us anymore.
A place where matter is light.
It will be a perfect day
when the chaos turned
into the cool moon
at the decay of hypocritical thoughts
will take on a new form
not to feel alone,
rearranged in the immense instant
by a heartbeat to the universe.
