POEMS

IMPRINT OF IMPUNITY

 Looking

 At the staircase

 Leading to Lugards house

 As Luciferans lord over

 Destroying due process

 Disobeying court orders

 Disfiguring our diversity

 Singing song against sleaze

 While allowing its own

 Gyrate like goats

 In s yam barn.

FETE!

 Not a failure

 Sitting on the saddle

 Frolicking with your future

 And asking for another mandate

 To make more mincemeat

 Of what is remaining

Make a detour as he draws near

 To drum a dry message

And bring to the bin of history

 An excruciating experience

 Nobody wishes to exhume

 From the memory.

THINGS STILL FALLEN APART

 Inimitable wordsmith

 Super story teller

 Purveyor of proverbs

 Initiator of illuminating literature

 Conscience of the nation

 Things are still falling apart

After you adverted our mind to that

THINGS STILL FALLEN APART

 In that country

 With black gold buried

 In most cities

 Where your umblical cord

Also is buried on its soil

 Things still falling apart.

 Inimitable wordsmith

 Joshua Nkomo is not smiling

 As he watches from beyond

With the land of his birth

 Passing through stages of pain

 Inflicted by hedonists in power

 Things still falling apart.

 Purveyor of proverbs

 O' Bitecks backyard also among

 The land trembling

 As sit tightism takes over

And human rights on reverse gear

 Putting inhabitants in fear

 Things are still falling apart.
